Like most, " I just don't like to exercise" people, my weight continues to increase a little every year. I am soon to be 55 and have realized the problem is exercise. After receiving the Chair-A-Cise DVD, I decided to give it a once over. 10 minutes into the routine, I was feeling it. It was a great presentation and I actually enjoyed the work out. I am committed to this and I am going to put it on at least 3 times a week and see what the results bring....stand by....a new Marsha is on the horizon!!!! I was really amazed at the workout! It was easy to follow and appealing because I have bad knees & these exercises didn’t bother them. I think this would be an easy exercise program to keep up since you do not need any special equipment or have to leave your home.

I was impressed with exercising sitting down, but after doing it for a while I have noticed a tremendous increase in my upper & lower area. I have burned as much calories as if I were in a Gym….. Not to mention, the video shows you different levels so you can work at your own pace. I highly recommend it to everyone.
